My overall experience staying at the hotel I was very  happy, the bedroom was clean the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was one of the sidelines of the bed was not working and the hand so dispenser was hanging off the wall..
Apart from them two minor things everything else is a five Style stay

This is a simple clean warm hotel in a good location with safe parking and friendly staff. 5 min walk in to Crawley town and the station and a few min from the motorways with a choice of two friendly locals pubs 

Staff in the accommodation section of the Premier Inn were very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and warm. Did find the bath tub too high. would have liked a shower only.
The dining and bar section was under staffed. I would score this area 0 out of 10

We found the hotel ideal for the Purple Parking and Gatwick Airport, using it for night before travel. Evening meal and breakfast in the Beefeater adjoining the hotel were very good.  It was very quiet.

I was stranded 1 night in London for "severe weather condition". found this Hotel by miracle. Once there kitchen was comprehensibly closed. A special shout out to Mike whom help me arrange dinner. He order for me a delivery and even argue with the poor fast food management attitude, for payment issues.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, you save me from a nigh of fasting.
Rooms are clean and warm, breakfast is rich and generous. Overall friendly staff whom made my stay pleasant, despite the tragic circumstances.

It s always nice to meet professionals that know how to do their job right, especially in the frustrating situation of a canceled flight

We were a big party of 14 and easy to book online. We struggled to find a venue who would fit us in. Becky served us and was brilliant. All our food was delivered at the same time and everyone enjoyed it. Will definitely be back. 

Bar service, Samknew her customers and remembered drinks and previous requests and orders. A great example of professional individual service and credit to premier inn. A wonderful individual who embraced how she enjoyed her job and the experience of interaction with individuals. A credit to the organisation!

The room was clean and everything worked as it should! Breakfast was excellent and catered for my Vegan diet. There was no lift but the staff happily carried my large heavy suitcase up and later down the stairs and even placed it in my car boot.

Second time visiting this Premier Inn and still can't fault the service. Despite the age of the building, the staff on the desk and in the restaurant are always so accommodating and make the experience outside the room very pleasant.  Also never have a problem parking which is a bonus.

This hotel was ideal  for travelling  to Gatwick  Airport only  a short  drive  away  ......excellent  staff  which were  very  helpful and friendly....  good restaurant  next door...which offers a good selection of meals and  drinks  and also  served  breakfast

Happy with my stay..

The 2nd time we have stayed this year due to early flights from Gatwick.

We had quite a large room on the ground floor overlooking what seems to be a function room of the restaurant - however it wasn’t used.  A little bit of noise from the rooms above and adjoining soon settled down which made for a very peaceful night.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant, choosing instead to make the 15 min walk into town, to stretch out legs and eat.
My only gripe would be that the Wi-Fi didn’t appear to reach our room - not really a problem for one night.
A 10 min drive to the airport the next morning makes this hotel so convenient and we will use again

Pre holiday stay

Visited here on a last minute booking visiting family.  Room was clean and warm.  Bed comfortable and clean sheets.  Good breakfast and helpful staff.  The location is next to A23 so easy to get places.  Had to book an extra night and they sorted at front desk, but didn't put on system properly so my key didn't work when I got back.  No problem though, as Amy on reception sorted quickly.  Would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst premier inn we have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet but it was a very small room with a very small bathroom. The decor was tired and in places unfinished. We tried to have dinner but much of the menu was unavailable and we walked 5 mins to a local pub where we got some really good food for about half the price of the hotel menu. The continental breakfast was acceptable but expensive for what it was. Overall a disappointing experience for a premier inn.

A disappointing night at Crawley (Goffs park) premier inn.

We arrived at the hotel to a warm welcome, we were given room 209, we were only staying for 1 night, as we were off to the airport the next morning. We went downstairs for food, being a sunday they did a carvery which was lovely, & had a cooked breakfast the next morning, could not fault the food. Unfortunately after our evening meal, we had a very disappointing night, room 209 was above the front door, everytime someone walked in or out it would bang, as we found out at checkout when we complained the door had been broken, the room itself is dated & not very clean, tired looking, we have taken photos & videos, as we showed at reception. We unfortunately did not get the guaranteed night sleep as advertised.
