We have just enjoyed a weekend away at Langshott Manor and what a lovely weekend it’s been. We initially booked for 2 nights and upon check in was given the wrong room. We had booked a particular room and found this was not available which was really disappointing and a bad start to the weekend. This is when we met the manager Dan and he was charming and offered us a variety of other rooms even showing us around them all and we ended up choosing one much better than we had originally booked. We were happy with this room and the customer service provided by the manager. The Mulberry restaurant is definitely worth a visit and our evening meal was outstanding. Dan served us our drinks and the staff working with him were lovely. Very extensive wine list and staff knowledgeable about the wine. Enjoyed drinks in the bar before heading back to the room and Dan kept checking in on us asking if we needed anything. Just a really lovely touch and you can tell he is passionate about his guests and the hotel. We also enjoyed the garden and sitting in it for most of the day. Really peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed the stay that much we decided to add a night on and stayed a 3rd night. Breakfast was also lovely. Staff very attentive during breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be returning again soon.
