Great for the airport rooms are tiny but that is what they say on the tin.

Great little stop over to ensure we had some sleep prior to our early check in.

Perfect for staying overnight before an early flight

Great for an early flight, slept really well and the shower was amazing

There's no disguising it: YotelAIR single rooms are capsule rooms. There isn't much extra room for activities or to unpack/repack your bags, but there's a table that will fold out of the way, the bed and linens are impressively comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. Excellent fresh air flow meant I slept great before my early flight.

Excellent location and facility for an early morning flight

Have stayed in a capsule style hotel before. This was far more comfortable than previous ones. Really quiet. I ordered a breakfast which served as my wake up call for the early flight.

Perfect stay before an early flight. The bed is comfortable and the staff at the front desk is very friendly.

As usual very convenient, located in the basement of Gatwick Airport. However, you need to check on your fire alarm procedures! This time the alarm went off at about 04.45 A.M. There were a couple of employees running around and nobody seemed to have a clue about what to do. Firstly, there was no knock on the door to tell you to get out (and where to). Found an open side door and got out. Later on during the incident, no information, what was going on, was it a false alarm? And finally, no word about if it at one point was ok to return to one's room!!? Did so by accident when seeing some other evacuated people returning back in. I then guessed they had been told by someone it was all right.

Ok, except for your fire alarm procedures!

In my previous stays at several hotels right at the airport, I had not known about YOTELAir. I understand the concept and I would recommend to my family and friends; I would say that it still would depend on the individual travelers’ preferences.If I may share my own personal experiences, the cabin was a bit cold and as the guest (I was wearing cotton pajamas) I could not change the temperature. If not more towels, at least a bath mat (customized for this hotel) should be offered. But overall I was able to have the few hours of sleep I had intended to catch an early flight.

Great for early flights.

Small pod room with a ledge to get up onto bed. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It is for sleeping only. No room to open suitcase or sit and relax. but practical and sufficient. I have stayed here many times and it is convenient for early gatwick flights.no fresh water access or kettle or information regarding where to find these.

The in airport location is great. Previous day bag drop and only a very short walk to departures from the bedroom. Almost everything you need from a room in the smallest space possible but hey we know this before we arrive.Shower brilliant, bed comfortable but not for those with mobility issues as it would be quite a stretch from floor to mattress level even with the step for those not so able bodied.Reception was very helpful and the complimentary coffee from there is not bad either.

Location over luxury

I've stayed here before in a larger room for two people. This time is was just me as my flight was delayed on a work trip. I opted for the smaller bunk bed style. (bunk bed meaning the bed is elevated and you need to climb up a bit). For me it was fine. But don't forget you're elevated higher up in the middle of the night though! LOL. There was just enough space to open my hard shell suitcase... but not all the way open. Luckily I only needed to grab out my tooth brush and a new set of clothes. I think for a flight delay or quick sleep before an early morning flight this place is perfect! But I wouldn't consider it for anything longer. I am very appreciative about the availability and affordability of this brand inside the pre-security airport terminal. :)

Affordable Quick Overnight Option

Stay was super easy. Woke up 2 hrs and 15 mins before my international flight, got ready in 15 mins and walked out the door with no worries of missing my flight. Only drawback was that I couldn’t adjust the air in my room even though there was a knob. The shower and the toilet are separated by a glass panel in the double room.

Easy Stay

What a fascinating little hotel this is right in the Gatwick airport. I cant describe it other than futuristic and the feeling of a space capsule. The room is small, but so well planned. The bed comes out with the press of a button, storage space for a large suitcaae undee the bed. Small but very clean and functional toilet/shower.  The check in was easy and quick, the staff very helpful and friendly, and we fot a cup of tea too. Definitely recommended if you arrive late at night or depart early in the morning.

Space capsule

I enjoyed my stay despite the fact that the room is overpriced. But you pay for the convinience and it's definitely very convenient for anyone who has a very early flight like I did. Very clean, ordered food to the room and it was surprisingly cheap.The entrance is not the easiest to find, you should look for the Pret a Manger in the south terminal.

The location was quite convenient, and the room was fairly cheap, but almost claustrophobic in its size. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable, and the service was quite good. My only complaint was the lack of ventilation in my room, it was rather stuffy and warm, but aside from that quite a recommended option!
