Number Five

Thank you Jan & Geoff for being just perfect hosts and welcoming us into your beautiful home following our recent stay with you. You both work incredibly hard ensuring the finer details are spot on when looking after your guests. From the moment we arrived we knew that we had found something special. Our bedroom was very comfortable, cosy and very tastefully decorated with a four poster bed, together with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The adjoining bathroom with its roll top bath, was cosy and warm. Your high standard of cleanliness, throughout your home and your guest bedrooms are outstanding, which was even more important to my Husband and I during these difficult times of C-19. Breakfast was super - especially the eggs, laid by your own hens! The additional choice of cooked breakfasts, cereal, homemade jams, prepared fresh fruit and berries was a wonderful start to the day. Thank you. Your location worked really well for us. Everything we wanted was within walking distance - Gosport Marina, restaurants and bars, to the ferry across Portsmouth Harbour, and of course, Stokes Bay a 10 minute walk away (just sorry we didn't get to see a sunset). You also went out of your way in helping us find a suitable location for dinner each evening, for which we were really grateful for your guidance. Thank you, Sam & Neil xx
