Absolutely brilliant place. On arrival we were greeted by the manager who was in the process of sorting a cock up with our booking from our travel booing team. There was no fuss with it, it was dealt with in a professional manner. Both members of staff who checked us in ( manager and a lovely young lady ) were full of smiles and couldn't do enough to help us settle in. I will be back again. I love staying at premier inn anyway but the fact that i got an upgrade to ultimate WiFi for the duration of my stay was a nice touch and gesture. Thanks ladies and gents, keep it up
