What a lovely place to stay, close to everything and handy for regular buses. Kay makes you feel oh so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, accompanying Kay is her lovely frenchies; Lola & Olly who also make you feel welcome. Room clean & spacious; ours overlooked the gardens. The usual tea/coffee etc but also regular bottles of water - a nice addition. Due to COVID, our breakfast table was pre-set with a selection of cereals, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, juice as well as ample supply of toast, tea, coffee and a scrummy cooked breakfast. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere - def worth visiting, thank you Kay. Jayne & Steve - Portsmouth
