I checked in with a very busy reception and the young lady, Murran, who looked after me was amazing. Very calm under pressure but still managed to be lovely and made me feel most welcome after a long day. 

I was surprised when I realised that Murran was new to the hotel; an obvious asset already and with an extremely bright future.

Super helpful and friendly staff nothing too much trouble and always there to help. A nice experience and a super location close to some great restaurants and bars besides the one attached to the hotel. Plenty of parking adjacent to the hotel. A great location if on business in the North.

The place was clean ,the staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh located in the heart of Doncaster highly recommended for 1 night to 2week stay would definitely return to visit area and family 

Lovely clean hotel comfy beds. Berni is great in welcoming guest made us feel at home. Near to train station and shops. Value for money. Thank you to Berni and Cheryl for looking after us all will definitely visit again

This was a very important weekend for my family.  We had travelled from significant distances  to this hotel for a family funeral and we stayed for 2 nights at the Fishergate Hotel.   The rates were good and the service for our party of 17 adults was both efficient and entertaining which made, what could have been a more somber event, into a memorable evening.  Of particular note was the table service by a waitress called Lauren who went the extra mile to make us laugh and provide a welcome break from the sadness of a funeral event.  She was attentive, entertaining, and very pleasant and I cannot say enough o thank her for her efforts. The evening meal was transformed into a pleasurable experience which none of us will forget - thank you Lauren!

I always use this premier inn it’s the friendliest one I’ve been to it’s like going back to friends the rooms are always clean and fresh all staff are great hotel and restaurant nothing to much trouble local to bars and restaurants 

Cheryl and Shelly were really friendly and helpful we travelled for an anniversary and was given a bottle of wine to celebrate. The room was clean and comfy and was amazing to stay in:) brilliant service from all staff 

Stayed here over new year with my boyfriend, very clean room, really friendly staff, easy fast checking will definitely be staying here again.
Amazing breakfast, cooked perfect, cheaper then getting a taxi to somewhere else.

Great hotel

Great restaurant service for a large family event

The staff at high fisher gate are always smiley & friendly, nothing is too much trouble, we really enjoy chatting to them when we visit.
On this occasion unfortunately my son who is 7 took ill in the bar area & collapsed, the staff were on hand immediately to help & call an ambulance, I could not praise them more, we are very grateful, an amazing bunch! 

5 night stay whilst visiting family

Four of us stayed in the Premier Inn Doncaster, situated in the centre of the city, close to the heart of amenities.  The hotel is of consistent quality, that's why we chose it, excellent service and value for money.  Very comfortable even though we believe, it is due for upgrades.  The breakfast the next morning was great, with a wide window of time to suit the earliest of early birds. A great stay, a great weekend.

Perfect for our stay

Gorgeous modern hotel in the heart of Doncaster with beautifully designed rooms comfy bed relaxing space friendly welcoming staff however , the breakfast room isn't very well thought out there are too many tables and makes it's hard to get past when carrying the breakfast,  most of the continental was gone and what was left was cold i think offering a table service breakfast would be better and easier for people with anxiety like myself who struggle to go and get the food without feeling judged by other guests at what I'm putting on my plate , we was also put near a lift on the 4th floor which was very noisy and gave my partner who has ptsd a very stressful couple of nights he didn't really sleep much and there was some trouble and police was called to the floor at 4:00am , may I suggest a bit more insulation in the doors and walls to give guests a bit more privacy ? But overall beautiful hotel in a beautiful city I love Doncaster very much but didn't get much sleep sadly .
