Very comfortable weekend stay in chalet room adjacent to Conigre with a friendly welcome from Andy, the owner. Bedroom was roomy with comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walk into Melksham. Recommend the Market Tavern pub with varied menu and huge portions and relaxed friendly atmosphere. Breakfast at Conigre had a choice of full English or continental, served by friendly staff. A suggestion would be to promote local produce for breakfast and the toast could be improved by sourcing locally baked bread. I would definitely revisit and highly recommend to other visitors.
