I use premier inn all the time for business, i prefer them as you always know what you are going to get, 
The security of the car parks is very important to me, they are always secure and have cameras.
The only thing I would welcome is a discount for regular uses.

Early check in was available which suited my family perfectly as we were attending a wedding nearby. Front of house staff very helpful with my family but also the customers in front of me which shows this is the service they provide at all times!

We stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised by both the hotel and the adjoining restaurant! We chose the location as it was handy for us but would definitely go back again. The staff were probably the friendliest I have come across in a hotel for a while and were all helpful and chatty. The restaurant next door was also great and we had a pleasant evening meal and breakfast with a good choice for both the kids and adults. Oh and the hotel beds are extra comfy 😂

Receptionist Kelsea was so helpful and very engaging in conversation, she stands out from the crowd. Quick and easy check in Lovely big and spotless room. Breakfast in the restaurant also very good.
Can’t wait to get back to stay again

Stayed for the weekend recently and what can I say? This hotel never fails to provide service that would put alot of non budget hotels to shame! Check in was quick and friendly as usual with a new face Allan checking us in! David was on hand later in the evening to help us with some bits and pieces and was a great help! Rooms where spotless as usual. I can't sing this hotels praises enough and am always happy to return!

We chose Glenrothes as both the nearest to our Celebration venue and we had used before.
Nothing was too much trouble and with a full pub/restaurant attached after a very long drive it was great to relax on our first day of 4. 

Been staying in premier inn and dining every night for the last few months for work.
Staff are always very friendly and food is always great. Would definitely come back here to stay if ever needing to travel down this way.

Friendly place to stay!

Amazing staff yet again!

Reception staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Sarah was amazing when i arrived after being flooded out my home. She is a credit to the hotel, as is Lauren whom i encountered on my last night. I can't fault the Premier Inn at all. All staff were friendly upon sight and nothing was too much trouble. Brewer's Fayre, next door, was a completely different experience. Staff were quite curt at times and not very welcoming eben though i had stayed at the hotelfor 7 nights and had eaten in the restaurant every day/night. Had meals not been included in my hotel package, I would definitely have  chosen to eat elsewhere. Great review for the Premier Inn staff, not so much for The Brewer's Fayre.

Premier Inn, Glenrothes - Reception Staff Amazing

Arrived at the Glenrothes Premier Inn, which was nice and easy to find. There was plenty of car parking directly outside the main entrance. We were slightly early for check in but popped in to ask if we could leave the car to grab food at the Brewers Fayre next door, we were surprised that our room was actually ready and we’re given the keys. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming, as were all staff members during our stay.
Our room was located in a nice quiet part of the hotel on the ground floor, it was lovely and clean, with a bath and shower. It was -13 during our visit and there was adequate heating in the room to control ourselves. 
Sadly the temperature of our hot water for having a bath was Luke warm at best but that was the only issue we had.
We ate next door on our first night and the food was delicious, hot and fresh and again the staff were lovely.
We thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay and to top it off on our last night the cleaners must of noticed our wedding anniversary cards to each other and they left us a really thoughtful congratulations note and a little personal touch. 
If we’re ever in Glenrothes again this is definitely where we will be staying.

Great hotel with amazing staff

Fantastic Stay! Check in was super quick and the receptionist was very helpful. He even helped us to the room with our bags which we very much appreciated! Room was spotless and apart from a missing towel we couldn't fault our stay. Kerry in the restaraunt was also a star at breakfast which we enjoyed very much! We will be back soon!

Great stay! Highly Recommended!

The check in was second to none and was able to change my room to a ground floor room without any problems, Staff were attentive and polite.  The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.  Let's face it, this is the Premier Inn, which is a mainstream hotel, it's not a luxury hotel, but for the fee paid for the room, I couldn't have asked for better. The service was second to none and I will be staying there again on my return to Glenrothes.  The location is perfect to access the road network but not busy around the hotel, so traffic didn't keep us awake.

Cannot fault the staff at this hotel. From front of desk to bar and restaurant everyone was pleasant and helpful . Breakfast and dinner was very good. Room was clean and warm . Plenty of room. Stayed 3 nights.  Took the train into Edinburgh from local station.
