Just back from a short stay at The Old Stable, Crockerton House and it couldn't have been better. Superb cottage, beautifully decorated and with everything you could possibly need, excellent shower and very comfy bed. The cottage was spotlessy clean and very warm with an excellent view across a field and into the woods behind which made for lovely walks. Tash was a very kind and hospitable host. Thank you very much and I will definitely be back.

We have just Stayed at Crockerton house in the old  stables, Warminster. It has been converted beautifully. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Shower is powerful and toiletries were provided for us. Fresh cut flowers in every room from the garden and Natasha left home made brownies to welcome us. Natasha and Adam were lovely hosts. Two Cute friendly Goats we’re our neighbours in the meadow next to the garden which had ample seating. The stables are very close to lots of lovely areas to visit including longleat and the beautiful city of wells. Had a lovely time and We would definitely stay again. 

Excellent two night break, with a pole lathe course with Pete and Jacqui  at Chase Wood very close by. Breakfast we were treated to specially prepared fruits and compote plus a cooked breakfast of our choice as well a selection of lovely breads. A soak in the rolled bath was very much appreciated after days pole lathing. We also had two excellent meals in the local Italian.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in, hence this was our third visit! We stayed in The Silk Room and our daughter was in The Officers Room. Both are big with very comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. Everything is very clean and we got plenty of towels and a robe each. 
When we arrived Tasha brought us freshly baked scones with jams and cream, which were delicious! Her breakfast is beautifully cooked and very goo quality fresh ingredients. 
The best thing about Crockerton House however, is Tasha herself who is warm, friendly and can't do enough for her guests.
We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

An amazing family run B&B. Lovely afternoon tea on arrival with homemade scones and brownies. A super comfy bed in a lovely big room. The breakfast was amazing. I wish I took a picture of it!!! The best B&B breakfast I have every had. The host Natasha was really helpful.

My second time here and I will be back again! Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting and lovely garden. Easy access to main roads but no noise or busy road near by. 

Easy access to Bath, Salisbury,  longleat and Stonehenge.

Great stay Natasha was great host hopping around after her knee surgery. The Old Stable was lovely and peaceful. The facilities were great and was like a home from home lovely views and 3 Rams kept us entertained when outside. Would recommend for a peaceful get away and so close to Longleat which suited my wife!. WiFi needs a bit of a tweak as very slow but can’t expect too much when surrounded by beautiful scenery. From the moment Tasha welcomed us with a beaming smile, we knew we'd picked the right place to stay. The cottage is well equipped, immaculately presented and really cosy, and such a comfortable bed!! 
This was our first foray out since the start of lockdown, so I was a little nervous, but I needn't have worried. Tasha assured us that the soft furnishings were rotated between guests and  we could see that everything in the cottage had been well cleaned.
We were left to our own devices but  assured that there was help on hand if needed.

the extra gifts of fresh cherry tomatoes and raspberries were delicious and well received!
I thoroughly recommend this cottage as a great place to stay, sitting outside at the end of a great day touring the area was all the tonic we needed.

Natasha and Adam are really great hosts, they are really friendly, helpful, relaxed and informative, but also leave you to yourselves  to relax and get on with your holiday.  The stables are a great get away for a couple with good facilities and a nice little hide away.  The property is tucked away in a quiet corner with view over field and woodland.  There are some lovely local walks from the property and some great tourist destination nearby.  We had a great stay and can well recommend the property and its owners.

Beautiful luxury cottage in a great location. Bed was so comfortable and the gravel fenced garden ideal for sitting out in the evenings. Peaceful and rural but not too far from attractions. Wonderful friendly hosts and a great place to stay in all seasons. Shear water well worth a visit as is the The Prince Leopold pub  which sits on the rive wyelye. Good for dog walking too!

The stables conversion at the far end of the orchard overlooking fields & woodland is ideally suited for those like me, who needed peace & quiet to work on some writing. It is tastefully converted to offer all the facilities a single person or couple could need and the hosts are unobtrusive but always helpful if needed.
          For those wanting a touring base it is near many lovely locations - Longleat, Stourhead, Mells, Wells & Bath.
            The neighbours - two rams - are very tolerant of visitors.
             As an elderly visitor really challenged by modern technology, I would have appreciated a guide to using various pieces of technology with which I am unfamiliar - even the sink plug defeated me for two days! But if you are under 70 this will not apply to you.
