From check in services Helpful, engaging Booked our taxi back to the airport Parking seem less Great set up Upon arrival a very slick, well rehearsed and competent welcome team are on reception to cater to your every need The room’s were very modern, clean and of a very high standard We enjoyed drinks at the bar Served once again but fabulous staff that were genuinely eager to help The dinning experience filled me with dread …..!!! Hotel dinning … what’s to like ? However another pleasant surprise The food was really reasonably priced So instantly I though it’s going to be crap However four of us had a great meal I had the spaghetti carobana with back on and extra chicken, with cheesy garlick bread YUM My wife had the chicken and bacon pie She thought it lovely The friends had lamb shank curry Beautiful with cardamom rice All served but the adorable Sarah She spent about five minutes with us chatting Her husband works with her Her two daughters are in university One in Bath the other in JP Morgan’s academy Lovely lady Fabulous service from start to finish I will definitely stay every time I fly from Gatwick My new best find ever
