What a well-organised and pleasant place, and helpful, friendly people. But what happens in the breakfast room and kitchen is magic. Honesty bar with a good choice for the night before... and then the breakfast. Everything on the plate good quality, cooked perfectly. You know how there's always something - soggy mushrooms, fatty/underdone sausages, tasteless cheapo tomato cut in half, eggwhites not cooked? Well here, they could run masterclasses on getting it all sourced, prepped and delivered to perfection. Coffee to hand, really good farm preserves a go-go. I could go on. So thank you, ladies.
