Fantastic stay, lovely staff and comfortable clean rooms.  Great breakfast and the Manager Tony even posted the babies teddy we had left behind.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel on a weekend trip to Bristol and Bath. We weren't sure what to expect but were so impressed with the overall experience. The staff (Blair and Hope) were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. The reception/lounge area was all decorated for Halloween, which our kids loved. 

Our room, although relatively small, was spotlessly clean with a bathroom that looked brand new. The cot bed we requested for our baby was set up ready for us and the sofa bed was made up for us while we had drinks in the lounge area. The room was cosy and comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. 

We added breakfast on when we arrived, which was great value at just under £20 for all 4 of us (our 2 children being free). The quality was really good, the food was replenished regularly and we all really enjoyed it.

The staff were more than happy to provide milk for our baby and heat it up for us, which we really appreciated.

A budget friendly great find.

It was a great stay - affordable and much nicer than most places I stay for work.  The staff were absolutely lovely and I'd definitely stay here again.  Just one suggestion - I was in the cosy double room and it would be really nice to have a small table or even shelf by the bed to put my phone and glasses on.

Perfect location and very clean and friendly hotel

Fast efficient check in. Very friendly service, clean room. The beds were very comfortable. Drinks in the bar were lovely, especially the Estrella.

This hotel suited us perfectly for a short stay before flying from Bristol airport. It was easy to find and easy to get back on the motorway to finish our journey to the airport, iwould recommend and use again when flying from Bristol airport.

Stayed here for an overnight stop en route to North Devon. Nice & comfortable with really friendly staff, good food & great size room for a family of four.

We booked the hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. When we arrived we went to the lounge for tea. I was in awe of the two ladies on the reception/bar. They were probably doing the job of 4 people and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and we had a great couple of nights sleep! If we ever need to stay in the area again I would gladly return.

The hotel is clean and friendly the staff are amazing, great choices of food breakfast lunch or dinner, it will be alot better when they finish having aircon installed, ive just spent the last 10 weeks there so that should say it al.

Friendly welcome. Room was spotless and the air con was awesome! Great pressure in the shower and nice smelling products. Reasonable prices in the bar. Comfy bed. Loved it!

Had a large room with a bed settee also and 2
Chairs and a table. 
Nice and clean and spacious
We thought the breakfast was poor and we wouldn’t recommend as the choice was rubbish. 
The member of staff we asked about the air conditioning didn’t understand what we wanted and made it hotter not cooler
We had a view of a brick wall !!’

A little gem

Highly recommend and would definitely go back again. Staff were exceptional (especially Hope & the Welsh gentleman whose name I didn’t get - sorry!). They changed our room when we had a change of circumstances and were so helpful. Room was lovely, warm and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth the money.

I stayed here with my grandaughter, whilst on a trip to see family. The staff were so nice and friendly and the food service was very good. Thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcome. My grandaughter loved the whole stay. The beds were very comfy too and the bedroom we had was very quiet at night. The only thing we would have liked was air con. When i booked it said the room had air con. However, we booked the 'cosy room'   and i think we were given a much bigger room, so i didnt like to complain about air con. There was a fan in the room and i had also bought a fan from home, so it was ok, just a bit stuffy. Would def stay again. Thank you

Great hotel

The issue with check in was that the printer was down? We, along with another guest had to wait around 20+ minutes not knowing what was happening. The receptionist offered what seemed to be a complimentary drink. We had a beer but then another staff member asked for payment. We paid to avoid an issue.Everything else was really good and dog friendly also, would stay again when visiting family in Bristol.

We stopped over for one night with our two kids and our dog. The staff could not have been more friendly, and they were very helpful in giving us advice about places and events to check out in Bristol. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were glad we had booked one of the rooms with air conditioning as it was a warm night: we had cool air in the bedroom, and thanks to underfloor heating our feet were still nice and warm on the tile floor in the bathroom. We were impressed with how dog friendly the hotel was, with water bowl by the front door and treats on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable time and great value for money. We will be staying again!

I do like this hotel, it’s my second visit and I think I’ll visit again. The food is edible, it’s easy food, food that can be fried. Breakfast is ok, it’s edible, quality is not great but it’s still good. My room which was a deluxe, had a very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom, and the door of the bedroom needs to be adjusted as you really needed to pull hard to close. The WiFi is good when it works. Apart from this, the rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable, the shower is lovely. The staff are friendly.

It’s only an ok hotel, but I like it

Overall lovely modern rooms and lounge was a little freaked out has there was a insect in the bed but that isn’t going to affect the stay we had.we was welcomed when arrived had a issue was solved straight away the only let down was paying for the breakfast and  didn’t receive a breakfast has they ran out of ingredients also bread was really hard not much choice asked a egg(fried ) and wasn’t cooked on top. Without the downfall of the breakfast we had a great stay the room was small we asked to change but was fully booked but room was lovely very modern Beautiful bathroom but really disappointed regarding breakfast has I didn’t get £4 worth never mind £9 also wasn’t no really continental to make up for it and wasn’t offered a refund
