On arrival I was greeted by great staff that checked me in quickly.  

The room was spacious and clean.

During my stay the guys on reception were really helpful.  Specifically a man called Marco who suggested great places to go and see whilst in the area and was overall chatty and helpful.

Great service

The hotel staff were the best I think I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years. Couldn’t help enough went above and beyond I would stay here again just to come back for leisure. Absolutely amazing

Nice inn, lovely room. Booked in advance and got a great deal. Easy to check in, lovely view from the room, and free parking in the local car park!! Fantastic all round. Check in and check out were easy and colleagues there were polite and efficient.

Probably the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. All round great experience from the bar to the room. Staff in the restaurant for breakfast (Dermott) were fantastic and very attentive and reception staff very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Great stay with three rooms for the family. Great service, helped us check in, clean rooms with good facilities. The highlight was the breakfast, large room, good range and wonderful service, willing to accomodate our breakfast choices, and great value.

The hotel was great and the room was superb for the price we paid for. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and pleasant. The receptionist at the Newmarket branch was exceptionally helpful and made our stay pleasant. My partner and I could not praise her enough! Thank you! 

Premier Inn Newmarket is a great place to stay. The accommodation and staff are both excellent. If you need to stay in town, then this should be your first choice. (p.s if you like horses, then you’ll love staying in Newmarket, they’re everywhere!)

This premier inn is a great place stay here for work, the kind lady at the desk has helped introduce me to TripAdvisor. The staff here are great and management should be proud of them, they are always helpful and rooms always clean beds comfy what more can you ask.PERFECT 

Always stay here for work staff are great it’s clean and just nice place would definitely recommend it  .. it’s central and there is a small car parking bit in the multi storey behind the hotel which is added bonus

Amazing experience. I want to go back

The location of the hotel was perfect for us and there was a car park, with designated parking spaces just across the road for hotel guests.  The staff at check in were very helpful.  We stayed for two nights and had breakfast at the hotel.  Plenty of choice for both continental and cooked breakfast but the cooked breakfast was not really to my liking.

Weekend in Newmarket

Although I had specified two beds in the room we were told there was only a double available. We were tired after our journey and it was pouring with rain and we were told we couldn’t have a refund straight away. I started to phone another hotel but the lovely Amanda said she would see what she could do and eventually came back to say she had put an extra bed up for us. The room was clean and comfortable but really surprised that there are no grab rails in the bathroom and the shower hose doesn’t detach. Just had the continental breakfast but there was loads of choice including crumpets and unlimited coffee. A huge thank you to Amanda and Sandra for being so sympathetic and helpful.
Although there are allocated parking spaces in the car park opposite there is nothing to stop anyone parking there so you’re lucky if you get a space.

Wonderful reception staff!

Used this Premier Inn as a base closest to the event I was going to that evening. Found the parking facilities good, no issues in finding an empty space. Was pleasantly surprised with the bar and restaurant facilities, very homely and prices reasonable.
Was in a 3rd floor room overlooking the clock tower, would have been a great view to see the racehorses heading towards the gallops but was up too late
