The room was spotlessly clean, warm and quiet with a nice, hot shower.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome.
This pub is exceptionally good value.
We would definitely stay again.

Needs a refurb. Meals are nothing special. On par with any freezer ding hotel short stay food. Ok for a couple of nights. Breakfast isn’t big but ok. No lift so not suitable for walking impaired . Oh it’s not set up for a plug by either side of bed in double room. 

We arrived early on one of the warmest days of the year. The welcome wasn’t the most welcoming as the receptionist hides in the office all the time! After 10 minutes of waiting we was finally checked in. We was helped to our room by the new assistant Ashley who worked all evening and still was smiling at 7.30am the morning after.After the problems we had he knows he has a long journey to ensure standards are raised. Cheryl on the evening reception was also very friendly. You can not fault the staff on making sure guests are looked after and the owners definitely need to invest some money and fast.. 

Even though Ashley and his team were trying there best, we will not be returning until a refurbishment has taken place . 

The bell public house in Brandon, lovely bright clean rooms, amazingly clean bathroom, small fridge which was brilliant in the heat wave. .the staff are very friendly and helpful.every thing on hand near,plenty of eating places. ..

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my girlfriend while visiting Snetterton race circuit nearby.  The pub's location is very good right in the town centre, staff very friendly, accommodation (in a chalet-style building behind the pub) is fairly simple but very good with WiFi and tea and coffee making equipment provided, good drinks on offer in a good old-fashioned no nonsense pub with a pool table, dartboard and jukebox, pleasant atmosphere, lots of places for food nearby (useful as the pub doesn't serve food) and you can take takeaways into the pub and eat inside.

Only downsides are parking is limited and difficult to find at the back of the pub, and the rooms could be better ventilated as it was very hot in our room during the night.  Would stay here again.

This was a very pleasant trip. Tge pub does not do food which is no problem as you know that beforehand.  
The landlord and the locals were all very friendly which made for a good evening.
The rooms are very clean and good value for the money.
There is a car park which is a little hidden away unless you know.

The accommodation is more motel than pub but the rate fairly reflects what you get.  The room was newly decorated and the bathroom was modern and fresh.  The furnishings are modern and budget but we had a lovely stay.  The pub had friendly service and the bar was well stocked.  Would definitely stay again on the way back from Norfolk.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Thetford Forest which it's ideally located for. The car park is located at the back, plenty of room for parking, not obvious how to find it but I'd phoned for directions before arriving. The pub itself is a little old fashioned but the rooms, which are in the car park, were perfect for a one night stay, very clean and modern, the beds were comfy. Very quiet when we got back late. There's a kettle in the room with tea and coffee and a little fridge. There's an Aldi a couple of minutes walk away, and a cafe directly opposite for breakfast. If you are staying here for a concert at Thetford Forest and need a taxi, book the taxi well in advance as they all get booked up!

Accommodation is in yard at the rear of the pub with ample parking.  Room was clean and comfortable with TV and kettle. The negative for me was people shouting late at night at the back of the pub.  Might be remedied with a word or sign for the pub goers to be mindful regarding noise late at night perhaps.

Clean and comfortable but noisy

It is hard to believe that the pub & the accommodation are the same business. Maybe we saw the pub at its absolute worst on a Saturday night but it was like going back 30 years. Its a Free House but their product offering is pretty dreadful.
The bar maid seemed to be apoligising with her eyes - we certainly felt sorry for her! 
The accommodation on the other hand is very clean, cheap and we had a great nights sleep but i imagine it could be noisy from pub smokers - Portuguese coffee shop nearby 
No idea why they have a 10.00am checkout this is not somewhere that people will want to be booking into early.
