This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This apartment is located in a residential block and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. This property will not tolerate anti-social behaviour. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building only. Please dispose of cigarette ends. A late check-in fee of GBP 30 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 15 will apply. Please note that early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Visitors are strictly not permitted. If you violate this rule, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Please note all guest must be 24 years and older, apart from families staying with children.
