Lovely guest house, very welcoming hosts. We were in room 6 at the top of the house, lovely bright room and very comfy firm bed. En-suite shower and basin and wc. 
Paul and Theresa were very helpful in recommending place to eat and visit. Very fresh chopped  fruit, yogurt, selection of cereals, home made bread toasted and a full English, we had the the full English and didn’t need to eat again until the evening. Thank you for a lovely couple of days.

My twin sister & I were warmly greeted by Paul who helped us with our luggage to room 6. Room 6 on the top floor with many steps to climb. If you have mobility issues please ask when you book for a lower floor. Room 6, a lovely cosy room with a view over the car park to the sea. A small ensuite shower room with toilet washbasin. Bring your own soap & shampoo. Hand wash supplied.  Comfortable bed/pillows with pretty bed linen & mattress protectors which are often missing from accommodation. Hairdryer on request.

 On the landing was a wine cooler where we kept the fresh milk - supplied by Paul & Teresa for our early morning cuppa. Very large mugs, biscuits, sachets of milk, teabags & coffee + a kettle.

The Breakfast.  A 5 star experience. Everything cooked to order.  Beautiful fruit salad to start with a yoghurt if wanted.  Homemade bread from wholemeal & spelt flour. 

Paul & Teresa were wonderful hosts. They made us very welcome & were very knowledgeable about the area.

Had a warm welcome the guest house as hosts was wonderful to meet despite not having a en-suite room but it still had a separate toilet and shower room just along the landing not far from the room I enjoy my stay and the full English breakfast was brilliant you was i would recommend to stay the walk in to town only 10 to 15 minutes walk and as you walk out of the front door you only have to walk through the car park and you straight on the promenade and you take a walk a steady walk in to town I stay again

The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating. You get spoiled for breakfast with both quality and variety . Rooms are spacious , the bed was comfortable and location is prime :beachfront with sea view and close to town centre, a good bar and lovely, quiet area

Lovely welcome from Tersa who didn't hesitate to help me hand getting the bags up to our room. 
The room was perfect,  beautifuly decorated.  The room was warm and welcoming   and the sea view was a great bonus. 
There was plenty of storage space,  extra blankets and a heater if needed,  . Tea coffee and biscuits all there for you.
The en-suite was great and had everything you needed. 
The breakfast was delicious   fresh fruit salad   a selection of  cereals   and a perfectly cooked English breakfast accompanied by toast butter and preserves.
I can highly recommend you staying there with Teresa and Paul

We arrived at the Guest House early but were welcomed by our host who showed us to out spacious and comfortable ensuite room.  A lot of stairs but well worth the climb. The choice of restaurants nearby is endless.  Any type of food you desire is close by.

We had room 6 at the top. Quite steep stairs to get to it but worth it.  A comfy twin room with sea views and en suite shower room. Clean with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, well cooked and plentiful. Our hosts, Teresa and Paul were friendly, chatty and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay with them and will return

Having returned from our 4 night stay at the Kingsleigh Guesthouse only a few hours ago we wanted to say thank you to Teresa and Paul for their kind hospitality, extremely clean and comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfasts!
We were made to feel very welcome and as we had the added bonus of an extremely sunny few days it was a pleasure to return to the guesthouse at the end of the day.
We shall definitely be returning!

the KIngsley Guesthouse was beautiful, the owners are lovely people,we had a twin room with a bay window which had two chairs within and we had a lovely sea view,
the rooms are spotless, en-suite excellent fresh towels every day,breakfast was excellent after having a full breakfast on first day which was very good i had scrambled eggs on toast with fresh tomatoes on side was very good.We would definately stay there again in the furture,when we left they came out to say good bye and wave us off, thankyou to you both

Weekend Away

Stayed here for one night, my 2 colleagues got the last twin ensuite room, so I stayed in the non ensuite. It was a lovely room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the sea and clean as you like. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate in the room as well as biscuits, all quality stuff as well, not the cheap tat I have had at other places. Attention to detail really shows.  The bathroom opposite was absolutely huge and excellently appointed.
In the morning we met our hosts, lovely friendly people and the most amazing breakfast.
Superb value for money and we will definitely stay here next time we are working in the area. Unfortunately, we were only there the one night, but I can't speak highly enough of the service we received.

Excellent place to stay

This is an amazing little B&B. Very welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast and fresh coffee every morning, has been great. The bedrooms are lovely and clean, comfortable beds. I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I’m planning on coming back again next year with my husband that’s how fantastic a place this is.
