Excellent hotel, great value and Beefeater next door is fantastic value for money with meal deal offer.
Only downside, there is no lift to second floor but this would not stop us from staying here.
Lovely clean rooms and all facilities are included, tea and coffee and bathroom toiletries, can not fault.

Visiting family in the area and stayed for 1 night . Everything perfect , rooms clean very helpful staff who gave us a room on the ground floor for my elderly mum. Breakfast was great and had plenty of variety.  A very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend if in the area

We stopped here to go to a concert at the Anvil. Wish we’d taken taxi as I couldn’t find the access to the carpark , would have been extremely stressful if we hadn’t been with friends. The inn. was a decent enough place to stay  and the evening food in the beefeater next door was fine and they obliged with a quick turnaround. However the breakfast was lukewarm and the issuer was set for anemic toast and a second pass meant it singed. The orange juice was replaced by orange and pineapple squash. Not an acceptable change in my opinion 


Clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff which was good value for money.

Great location at Basingstoke Leisure Park which as lots of activities on offer for all the family.

The local Museum had a SteamPunk convention which was great fun.

Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here over the pasted few years. Through Covid there has been very good safty. Staff always pleasent, helpful. Nothing was any problem to them
Resturant next door was Brilliant. The food was execellent.

Lovely hotel in a great location. A little dated but the rooms were comfortable and staff were excellent. Elena especially made our stay. She was so friendly and helpful checking us in. Giving us lots of advice and information. She made a big fuss of our 3 year old and gave him some little treats which really made his stay. Hotel is great location. We were visiting peppa pig World and wanted somewhere on the way home. The beefeater next door did great food and staff were lovely. It's within the leisure park so there's a Costa drive thru, aquadrome which has 3 great pools especially for children and Hollywood bowl. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely again if we are in the area. Thank you Elena for making our stay so memorable. 

This hotel is perfect if you go to carfest every year and don't fancy camping.
Lovely to wake up shower and have a fantastic breakfast before heading off for the day.
The staff and cleanliness are always good, There is also a leisure park opposite and supermarket with in walking distance.

Friendly, cost effective, clean and well located, this Premier Inn is the ideal hotel for a short break. Friendly staff made for a welcoming atmosphere. Clean and efficient facilities all contributed to an excellent value for money experience .

Always use this hotel when we visit family in the area. I was born in Basingstoke. The rooms are always clean and comfotable. Our highlight is the Beefeater. Lee the manager is excellent as are all the staff. Food is always amazing.  As a former employee (7 years at Brewers Fayre), and having used many Premier Inns country wide, Basingstoke has always been one of the bast. Keep up the good work.

Premier Inn Basingstoke review

Overnight stop

Friendly staff and clean rooms. I stayed with my daughters in a family room. We booked our stay to go to the aquadrome and indoor skydiving. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The girls loved being treated to colouring sheets and sweets. We look forward to visiting again!

We stayed her with some friends and it was lovely to see catty and rachel on reception happy and smiling as usual. All the staff were very helpfull and accommodating to anything we could need or want. When we have friends down to see us we always book them in here and stay with them because we love the staff here so much. Yes the rooms need a bit of a spruce up but its an older building so its expected and does not detract from the great stay that you have. 

Amazing stay once again.

Quiet rooms.
No lift. 
Lots of stairs can be hardwork if you have to carry a lot of kit for work. 
Great size carpark - lots and lots of parking for vans.

Fantastic staff super professional and helpful in the restaurant and hotel.

Good location for our needs  
NO decaffeinated tea in hotel or beefeater restaurant  
Didn't request to clean room, which was our choice, but that meant no restocking  of tea tray or clean cups.  Comfortable nights  sleep, 12.00 checkout good. Paid parking.
