Andrew is an extremely welcoming host. The guest house was pleasant with a  peaceful atmosphere, our room was light and spacious. Continental breakfast was included. 
 In a great location, close to the town. I would highly recommend this place.

A friend and I booked room 4 for a night before an early morning ferry to Lundy. We were very presently surprised by the Mount.
The owners were away during our stay but the guest house was left in the very capable hands of their cleaner (sorry I forgot your name!) 
Our bedroom was luxurious and the shower was lovely! The little extras of cookies and plenty of teabags were lovely.
Breakfast was lovely and there was a lot more choice than I had expected for a continental breakfast. The products were all high quality items.
We will definitely return

What a lovely guesthouse run by a lovely couple. Short review as everything was really nice with no downside. Thank you for our lovely stay at your establishment. Short walk into town. Plenty of choice offered with the continental breakfast.

We were a group of 10 adults and stayed here for a week. The house is great with plenty of rooms for everyone to spread about. The kitchen is fully equipped, actually the whole house is fully equipped, as if the owners just moved out and left everything behind. Could not fault the house, the driveway is a bit tight for 4 -5 cars and can be difficult to manover out. Overall it is a great place to stay and on;ly 5-10 minute walk away from the main town and river.

Just returned from having spent a week with friends at this house, for the last 11 years we have booked large holiday homes and this is one of the best we have stayed in and only the second one that we are going to come back too. I would highly recommend this house as it had everything anyone will ever need. Everything is top quality especially the beds and bedding. The location is very good for walking to the centre of Bideford, all on the level and no more than a 7 minute stroll. S o much space and having en-suites in every bedroom makes a huge difference. Thanks to the owner for the fresh flowers and tea and biscuits left for us. You must stay here.

Excellent property, plenty of room for our family of 12. Easy walk to local amenities.  Property had everything you could possibly need for your holiday.  Really comfortable beds. Absolutely perfect.  Fantastic communication with both rental agency and owners. We would not hesitate to book again.

A lovely B&B in North Devon in a good location and within walking distance of Bideford. The  bedroom and large bathroom were exceptionally good and despite just the one host during our stay, standards didn’t disappoint. Dining was around one large table with enough food and drink to satisfy every appetite. If there was a challenge it is that if guests all arrive for breakfast at the same time it does create a feeling of overcrowding. There is provision for vehicles to park on site, however there is limitation. The host, Andrew, was extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable which made our short stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return if we were ever in Bideford again.

We stayed at the Mount just for one night whilst we were checking out a wedding venue. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and and well appropriated. 
The mount has off-street parking available for guests.
The Mount is located a 10 minutes walk away from local shops and restaurants.
Breakfast the next day was very good with friendly service from the owners.
Price was it was also very good and was well worth the money we paid.

Good B&B although parking wasn't that great.  The room was large as was the ensuite and decorated beautifully.  The room didn't have a view.  There was a lot of stairs so this might not suit those with mobility issues.  Andrew the host was very welcoming.  Breakfast was good and although this B&B was more expensive, I would recommend the Mount.
