Crannach House

I stayed overnight at Crannoch House while in the area on business. My room was clean and comfortable with a very large bathroom. The hotel WIFI is excellent, and I was able to complete a great deal of work in the evening. The hotel is located just over two miles outside Ballater alongside the A93 there is though no traffic noise with all the trees surrounding the hotel. It was wonderful to see the birds and a red squirrel at the feeders outside the dining room while I enjoyed my breakfast prepared by Doug the hotels proprietor the coffee was excellent, and I enjoyed some local honey on my toast with the beehives located on the hillside beside the hotel. All in all, it was a pleasant relaxing stay, and the room rate was very reasonable for the area.
