We had a great stay here for one night when passing through for some horse racing. The lady was very friendly and talkative and helped us with local information. The building is very nice and the room was plenty big with a nice TV. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely stay again

Arrived early evening for an overnight stop.  Was shown to the room by the owner who helpfully recommended where to eat locally.  The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a large bathroom and good shower.  The internet worked well and there were hot drinks available.  Breakfast was excellent.   Lots of on-street parking in a lovely road which was resplendent with cherry blossom.  Highly recommended for a short stay in Ayr.

Second time we have stayed with Sheila. What a lovely place, situated in a very quiet street, close to all amenities. Whether it's a walk to the beach, a visit to Robbies Drams or a wee visit to the our favourite Tam O'Shanter's on the hight street. This is a stone's throw from all. Room was immaculate as expected. Full English and Smoked Salmon and Scrambled egg were delicious. Nice way to start the day. This was a re-charge the batteries break and thanks to The Dunn Thing it all went according to plan.We will definitely be planning a return visit. Give it a try if you're in the vacinity. You won't be disappointed.xx

The B&B is easy to find and it seems like it's located in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of room for parking.  
The room I rent was a family room, it has a double bed and 2 singles, perfect for my family.  The ensuite shower room is a big plus... nice and clean.  
Was so quiet at night so we find our sleeping time was very restful.  In the morning we had an early breakfast after we require it the night before, as we need to catch a ferry to NI.  The dining room was under maintenance so my kids had their breakfast in the next room with a very cute table setting.  
Had a nice and light breakfast conversation with the owner, very nice Lady.

The rooms are comfortable, and perfect for a one night stay. We found that there were parts of the room which were covered in a lot of dust, but everywhere else was clean. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, and my friend enjoyed the sausages most of all. A lot of plates hung on the walls of the dining area, but it is sweet the owners have family pictures placed in the room, and they are very accommodating. I would stay there again, and to thank the owners for making my last stay very nice as they were a friendly couple.
