Where to even begin! Our wedding was genuinely amazing from start to finish at Alfreton Hall. Down to the first time we were shown around the beautiful venue, to discussing different options for our big day, to deciding canapés and evening entertainment. Throughout this whole process, we felt so supported by the team at Alfreton Hall. Our fantastic wedding coordinator, had a great attention to detail and his years of wedding experience shone through, particularly when we were going through the finer details of our special day. He was great at organising regular meet ups to discuss our day, making sure that we could make any final changes if need be. By doing this, it allowed us to alter and change different aspects of our day. Also, he had great links to local companies to help make your day as special as possible and also for making it very easy to organise. It really gave you a peace of mind knowing that the local companies knew their way around the venue. The Hall itself is exquisite, the 8 rooms were all unique, well-kept, clean and spacious, in particular the main bridal suite which is so beautiful and grand. We chose the dream wedding package, which enabled us to incorporate everything we needed for our day and more. We were also able to add additional guests onto the package, allowing us to invite more people which is great option that not many other venues we looked at could accommodate. As well as this, we felt so listened to by the team at Alfreton Hall since the beginning. They went above and beyond to meet all our expectations and even managed to provide specialised props like a donut wall! Something that was really important to us was that our guests felt comfortable and relaxed during our wedding day and were enjoying themselves. So many of our guests after the wedding highlighted to us how brilliant and helpful the staff were at Alfreton Hall which was fantastic. Along with this, the Team allowed us to bring our own garden games and even asked if we’d like a bouncy castle for the little ones to enjoy. The team really did think of our guests from every angle, and we felt they went above and beyond. Overall, our wedding was so magical and personal to us as a couple. We wouldn’t change a thing and it was topped off at the end by having the most amazing and special fireworks display – something we’ll never forget. We cannot thank the team at Alfreton Hall enough and would highly recommend it for a wedding.
