Napasai Samui

We stayed at Napasai Samui for one night in Sep 2025, and it was the most impressive, memorable and beautiful stay that we have ever experienced. We were greeted at the reception by the concierge who offered for us to beat a gong at the entrance. This felt really special as well as being offered a Phuang malai (flower garland), welcome drink and coconut ice cream. We had arrived a few hours before our check-in, but the staff went above and beyond to get us into our room without delay. Our room was private, spacious and sincerely the most stunning bedroom with gorgeous wooden interior - Everything you could really ever want in a private space. As for the view, it would be hard to beat in any other location. We were generously upgraded to an ocean view villa, which meant there was uninterrupted views out to sea - and it really did feel like our own private space. Quiet, calm and peaceful. The staff of Napasai Samui helped make the stay extra special as I proposed to my partner at the resort (This was to be our final night on the island before returning to Bangkok). They helped me to organise for petals to be placed throughout our room whilst we were out to dinner, and this service went beyond my expectations. Special mention to Napat, who I was communicating with via Insta DM's (@Napasaisamui). Response time was excellent and they were incredibly collaborative and helpful when working out the best option for the proposal. From lavish and expressive ideas, to more intimate and private, Napat really helped to explore all options to best suit... and the final choice was perfection. Kudos for the assistance. We were also offered a complimentary head and shoulders massage in the spa which was outstanding, as well as free use of all of the water activity equipment which was easily accessible without fuss down on the beach. As for their beach, this is private. No connection to other hotels or resorts, it was all ours and safely cared for with pristine sand and water. No chance of stepping on anything in the water you don't want to. The water is also safely marked out with a rope area so that you know that marked area is entirely safe to explore (perfect for families). On the morning of our departure, the breakfast service was magnificent with plenty to choose from - readily available options that were fresh and at perfect temperature, and options for requested foods too (eg pancakes/eggs). A beautiful array of fruits, vegetables, meats, yoghurts and all types to suit dietary requirements. Following this, we continued to make use of the resorts snooker and pool facilities (infinity pool was divine and heated too). To summarise, if you are considering to stay at Napasai Samui, do it as I promise you will not regret it. Hands down the very best location I have ever stayed in my life. PS.
