We arrived on Koh Lanta March 4th and booked for a few days. We loved it so much that we extended our stay until March 14. Room was very comfortable. Very clean bright and big. Looks almost new. We faced the pool which was lovely and it was just across from Klong Khoung Beach which is about 3kms long. We walked the beach every morning. The ocean was fabulous too. Lots of great restaurants around as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were going to take a ferry to Krabi so that we could take a bus to Hat Yai. They advised us that there was a better option to get there which was not only cheaper but it saved us a lot of time too. Only negative would be that our room was on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It was fine for us but if you have limited mobility, you may want to request a ground floor room. Motor bike is not necessary but lots of fùn. The island is small and we used the bike every day.
