This hostel has an old world charm and is very comfortable at a great price. The kitchen is cosy and bright, with everything you could wish for. The storage space in the fridges and utensils are ample. The downstairs breakfast/common room is very welcoming and comfy with a TV, books and board games. The breakfast buffet was good and better than some hotels I have stayed in. Free tea and coffee in the evenings and free WiFi. This is a really good budget priced place for a quiet and restorative break. A few minutes walk from the railways station, the town, big supermarket and canal walks. Very clean with friendly staff, service was of a very good standard for a hostel.
