Ok, a few more: we had the pleasure to spend 5 nights in this wonderful place. Chantal and Robin are super hosts. The arrangements in advance by mail were very helpful and helped with our planning, as we were traveling by public transport. Hammarstrand has a good bus connection - to Östersund or Sundsvall you are within two hours. Directly on site a car was not necessary for us - perhaps advantageous for longer stays. The surrounding area invites you to numerous activities even in winter - even without skiing. There are beautiful hiking routes and Robin and Chantal give tips for tours. They even drove us through the breathtaking landscape to our snowmobile tour for a fair fee. The B&B is quaint - we had a large double room in the yellow house with private bath, toiletries, towels and welcome cookies and chocolate. We slept soundly in the comfortable beds. The other rooms (large kitchen, hallway with reading corner) was also at our disposal. In the black house there was every morning according to our time request a delicious breakfast with homemade rolls, yogurt, coffee, juice, egg and co. There we could also spend our evenings at the fireplace or at the pool table. Chantal and Robin are always available for questions. We did not use the sauna, but it was always offered to us. In the village there are, among other things, two supermarkets, two restaurants / cafes and even a systembolaget. All in all: fantastic for us. We thank Chantal and Robin for the wonderful time and wish you all the best for the B&B and otherwise. We will be back again.
