Family-run place with good quality. Eight rooms in all, with and without own toilet. The four rooms without their own toilet share three toilets (all with showers) so there's no queue. Shared Kitchen or kitchenette. Friendly owners, who live in another house on premises. I would return here, should I visit Borgholm again.
