Green Woods Holiday Inn

On our way to Colombo , we stopped at this place around 4.00pm as we did not have our lunch. Unfortunately buffet is finished but the manager was very kind and within few minutes arranged us fried rice of our choice. Prices are reasonable and food is delicious . Their quantity of a portion is more than the average and two portions we ordered was more than enough for two of us. The restaurant can accommodate more than 50ppl at single go. They offer Rice and Curry , Chinese, Thai dishes and even European menus. Only negative point observed is the helper , he is a vary lazy guy and as a result manager had to do everything on his own . Hope the management will provide a good attentive helper. When inquired from manager , we were informed that the place is always overbooked and they have A/c rooms and cottage type rooms as well . The entire location is covered with trees and you feel like you are in a jungle.
