Glenross Living

There are not enough superlatives to describe Glenross. We returned here to celebrate our anniversary having our wedding here a year ago. The villas are amazing and offer truly astonishing views, the level of comfort and service are unrivalled and if I had a chance I would return year after year. Glenross is the perfect place for anyone who wishes to observe nature close up, we sat in wonder whilst watching eagles soar above the tree canopies, searching for food among the jungle greenery, there are also lots on monkeys in the trees and they are great fun to watch, it is like being in an immersive nature show, except it is all real! When we arrived we were met by Mr Harshana (also the asst GM at the Blue Water Hotel), Larry and Upali. Once we had been shown to our villa we changed and relaxed in our own pool overlooking the jungle, this was the theme for our stay pretty much! On the evening of our anniversary the management had arranged a wonderful surprise meal for us on the 'Tea Lawn' of the main house which was fantastic, and we owe a big thank you to Chef Nimal for this. Larry looked after us wonderfully and we would also like to thank him, and say we would very much like to come back soon and hope to see him again, along with all of his staff.
