I stayed with my family at Treatooo Lagoon View Hotel for three days. Very good place to stay since it is situated facing lagoon. They served gourmet food for dinner. Very friendly and polite staff. The owner was helpful. Room was very comfortable and tidy. We went a board riding also. During our stay at Treatooo, we felt as we are in our own home.  

Great view of the lake but ask for a lake view room. Very friendly and accommodative staff. Very reasonably priced and ideally located in town. Small but comfortable rooms and menu of your choice is provided too 

nice and clean hostel with good beds (comfortable mattress), simply furnished but everything here what you need: air conditioner, towels, mosquito nets, soap, tv, wifi etc. i had the first recreative sleep since days in Sri Lanka. staff is nice and helpful. laundry service is a bit expensive and bicycle rental is too expensive, so we didn't rent some. ants were all over the room, but i attracted them with honey bonbon and killed them all by lighter inferno. there was a flea on the bed but it seemed harmless. mosquito net was a bit too short for the bed and the bathroom was a flood after every shower. doesn't matter, we had a great time.

Clean, convenient and friendly

Bookings were not attended, Washrooms are not clean at all overall very poor customer service. if you are visiting this place and had made a prior booking please double check with them about your booking confirmation. I would reccomend Hotel Chathuna if you are staying in Batticalo rather than this place.

Poor customer service

We are in Sri Lanka for 8 weeks. We where going to see the fort and we saw this hotel many times on different locative  sites. We have not stayed there but it is to let you know that it is under major renovations and yet it is still  up for rent.
We would not have liked to book there....
