room was basic, nice pool, have to bring out own rubbish for deposit back which can only be paid by card so you're gonna be waiting a while for the deposit back i don't understand why they cant take cash, staff are not helpful, no toilet roll in reception toilet and only half a roll when we got to the room and after that you have to get your own, really disappointed with the deposit system, if it was changed to cash also maybe i can overlook the rest of the issues as it is a budget hotel but they really don't give you an inch, threaten you with your deposit any way possible, not a welcoming place to stay i wont be back

Absolute dump we arrived at the hotel during the early hours of the morning and reception was closed and their was no instructions to where we could collect the keys to our room we phoned the number which was written at reception several times but nobody ever answered we asked for help from another hotel told them we was staying at the Salou Pacific Apartment's they told us this happens all the time we ended up just sitting in reception all night until 10.am in the morning when reception opened we told the lady on the desk we had been set here all night as their was no instructions to collect our keys she pretty much said she couldn't care less and was rude and unsympathetic I did put a formal complaint through with my holiday provider also we've noticed reception closes in the afternoon until 4.pm so during the afternoon the reception area just gets full of people with suitcases waiting to check in this hotel is a total disgrace I'm disgusted never again

NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

This place is must be the worst hotel in salou 

 The sewer gases come up the drains in the sink toilet and bath  gurgling . When you hear this noise it’s time to run out of the complex .

 I promise it is the worst smell imaginable when this happens the  whole complex smells of sewer gas  throughout 
Holiday makers out on balcony’s getting sick all throughout day and night coughing and choking . 

Hotel staff pretend this is not an issue and laugh when confronted with the problem . Otherwise it is average nice pool I wouldn’t stay here again for free . 
Safe to say we were glad to go home

Nicest thing about this place is the door out of it

Do not come to this holiday apartment  the badies experience from the manager so rude plus you have to pay for towels cleaner don't clean you have to walk down hill bring your bins there's supposed be entertainment for the children the shower curtains don't close I fall and hurt my knee because the water was going everywhere its a kip it should be closed down so Don't be fooled by the pictures and the said its not a holiday you have to buy toilet roll

It's vile don't come here the won't refund our holiday money to us its so bad

The pictures are accurate but the rooms that me and my family are in are filthy and dirty , my cousins room was covered in flys and it was disgusting, and the towels they give are tiny you have to pay €2 for a big one, it's an average experience don't recommend for people travelling with large family's

Don't recommend , please reconsider

It has been 2 weeks since arriving home, and still have not received the €100 damage deposit back. Still pending in my account. Have been in contact and still no reply. Not a relaxing holiday, The description of what you have to pay for, isn't said. E.G. paying for a deposit at reception/paying for holiday tax/ paying for toilet roll, new bedding and towels. Also no description of the shuttle bus driver, not dropping us off near our apartment at all. On arrival having told our apartment is fully booked, then having to make our own way to a different apartment, that was over a mile away and not taken there. Had to to pay for internet to find the place. Then told at this other apartment that he cant find any rooms, luckily he found one but wasn't sure if it had been cleaned. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy, a night wasted.  We also had full board, so then had to make our way back to original apartment to eat. Have been emailing and still no reply. The photos attached is the hotel we wasn’t suppose to be in. 

Deposit money not payed back and one night wasted

There is nothing nice to say about this place except the private transfer out we paid extra for, giovannis were excellent. Had a 06.30 flight from east mids so we’re at the apartment by 10 am. The earliest we could check in if we paid was 1.30, normal check in 5pm!! Had to pay a 200 euro deposit in case of damage. The extensive list they have for the apartment should state only if you hire, eg kettle 13 euros per week. No bath towels unless you paid hire charge 2 euros per week. Mis selling at its finest.   We decided to pay for a larger balcony for the comfort of the smokers in our party. Waste of money as they are all the same size, more mis selling. We were frightened to use any of the electric hobs or air condition as we had been warned by another guest the electrics were dodgy and had been electrocuted while on their stay.  Went for a licquer coffee but the bar man had no idea what he was doing, gave us cold expresso with baileys, when was asked to hot it up said he could nt. needless to say never went in to use the bar or cafe again.  All the tiles had plenty of chips and lumps missing, the pull out bed was in tatters. Toilet was very loose from the fixings, no toilet rolls or hand wash.bath had really bad stains and could get really bad smells coming through and gurgling from other bathrooms. Can hire a safe which is kept in the lobby no refund on return of key, that was a first. Went in to use the sunbeds once around the pool but were so uncomfortable and shabby never went in again. Couldn’t bring your own drink or food either as not allowed.  There’s nothing here only a bunch of lies to make you think it’s a decent budget holiday…. It’s not.   Clean the apartment and take the rubbish to the bins which are quite a walk before you go, was left much cleaner than when we went in. Our feet were filthy with walking on those scruffy tiled floors.

Avoid, avoid, go elsewhere, plenty of decent budget apartments. This isn’t one of them.

We have stayed in some bad places and can tolerate it, as long as it is clean! This room was absolutely filthy! Stains on the floor that were very questionable! Mould on the shower curtain and the room just smelt damp and musky. There was a stain on one of the pillows. We arrived at 3am so we were very tired so we changed the bedding to the one that wasn’t stained and tried to get to sleep. The next morning we went to the reception and there was a lovely lady who said the manager will be here in about an hour, so we went and got a drink then came back. I had taken pictures of everything in the room and showed him, he just said “it’s old floor” I’m sorry but, it looked like a few people had popped their clogs in that room! There was also a lovely left over floater in the toilet when we arrived. I know it didn’t state that there was a kettle but…WHAT HOTEL DOESN’T HAVE A KETTLE?! We would’ve had to use a dirty pot to boil water! Safe to say we didn’t want to stay in that room another night so we booked another apartment which was LOVELY! Absolutely EVERYTHING you needed for the same price I paid for this one. I wouldn’t put my dogs in this hotel! Even though we paid for everything prior to arriving, they still wouldn’t give us a refund for the remaining nights we had there. Absolutely HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! 

Survived only 1 out of 6 nights…

Filthy dirty room.
Ants and blood on floor.
Stains on bed.
Uncomfortable beds.

Would not reccommend as it is not as advertised in the photos online, if you are staying in Salou I would book elsewhere.

Staff at salou pacific were great   
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant also very friendly and helpful. The food was ok. 

But I was disappointed with apartment. I know it’s only 2 star but really needs an upgrade. We got no kettle toaster hairdryer. We got no toilet roll. We got 4 hand towels to do us for a week. No bath towels. Balcony door was a bit doggy. We had to go across the road with our rubbish. No cleaning staff for apartment. We had to clean apartment before we left. So the next person who gets our room will get a lovely clean apartment. Don’t think I would book again.
