A local told us that this was the best place for tapas. Amazing experience. Only a few minutes a way from ‘Balcony of Europe’. Felt like we were in an authentic Spanish restaurant. Nothing touristy - but be prepared for long queues, even on a Sunday night – but it was worth the wait. The menu is small, service is quick, and the tapas are outstanding. With every drink, you’re treated to a complimentary tapa such as sardines, mackerel, squid, or a chorizo roll – all delicious. 11 tapas and 11 beers later, the bill was only €35 !!! Can’t beat that! There’s also a charming garden restaurant attached, which looked lovely, though we didn’t get the chance to try it. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a truly authentic tapas experience, far from the usual touristy places. Just note: everything is in Spanish, and there’s no English menu.
