La Rectoria

This is a very nicely renovated building with three flats. It is next to other old buildings and a church, surrounded by hills and small mountains. The village is REALLY quiet, probably around 20-30 people living there, around 15 mins from Seu d'Urgell by car. You need to buy the food from Seu (supermarket Mercadona has everything). The flat Rampill has a large living room with modern kitchen and two bedrooms, a small balcony of own, and on the top of the building a huge (12x20meters) terrace, also with kitchen facilities. Usually you can part next to the building, otherwises, 3 minuted down next to a larger house. There are easy hiking paths around and driving further 20km up, there are several other hiking paths and in the winter time a Nordic ski station. If you want to be in a quiet and beautiful place, this is it.
