We decided on a trip to Tenerife in January to get away from miserable Ireland and we had a great time and had really lovely weather on our holiday. We chose this hotel and I must say it is a really excellent hotel and we were very happy with our choice. This is a large hotel and it was very busy when we were there, but we were checked in quickly and we made our way to our room. Our room was fine and was big enough with a good bathroom and a balcony. We were way back, but the room was convenient for getting to the pool and the spa and gym. I went to the gym more than once and the first time was fine, but the next time I went two of the treadmills weren't working and the other one was very old. I didn't bother complaining, but they could do with updating some of the equipment. We also used the spa where we had a discount and it was very enjoyable. The indoor pool with all the jets and other features is very relaxing. My missus enjoyed some treatments with the charge going onto the hotel bill and she said it was great. We loved the outdoor pool and there is a second pool for children. The breakfast was brilliant for us with a big choice and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes which would be made on order and was fun to watch. We had dinner included which I had been unsure about as I like to try different restaurants, but it was amazing and there was a different theme each day. We were always excited about dinner. The hotel has a bar and there was always entertainment although we mostly headed out and there is a good pub right across the street from the hotel and it's a short walk to the main street. All charges in this hotel are by card or onto hotel bill. I would prefer to be able to pay cash for drinks and so on. This is a brilliant hotel and we loved our stay.
