Fabulous service and place to stay. Very clean and impeccable customer service. Karmen the lady in charge is very helpful and friendly. She really looks after us and is ready to answer any questions. She was there to receive us even when we checked in way after 7pm. Made sure we had all the info we needed and even had her husband drop us to the centre so we could catch the tourist info counter before they closed. The place is kept so neat and tidy with all necessities a family could want. It’s also close enough to the Centre and yet far enough to get some peace and quiet. Close by to a super market too. I would recommend Apartments Eleven to everyone! Thank you Karmen
