Trencin

Quiet clean functional environment and very close to the historic center.  Excellent kitchen service, convenient parking, friendly and helpful owners and employees at a reasonable and honest price.
Tidy and well furnished rooms, excellent choice of menu with good continental breakfast dishes suitable for every need.

Honest friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here last weekend in what turned out to be very traumatic circumstances.  We were a party of four but on our arrival day, late in the afternoon, one of the party died very suddenly.  All the aftermath meant we didn't get to the hotel until the middle of the night.  We wouldn't have been surprised to have found the place shut up but, no, one of the staff was up and gave us a kind and sympathetic welcome.  That meant so much, as did the attitude of his colleague the following day.

The rooms were nice although air conditioning would have been welcome; the breakfast was good and the evening meal we had was superb.  The staff spoke excellent English.  I'd love to stay here again, in happier circumstances.

Nice hotel, with exceptionally kind and friendly staff

New hotel and a short walk from Trencin. Clean, spacious and very quiet rooms. Free parking on site. Kind and available staff. Breakfast with good choice but more salty than sweet. Great restaurant, although arriving a few tens of minutes from closing we were welcomed kindly and served a great meat accompanied by an ice beer. Recommended!

Great stay

Hotel and room simple and clean. Good and abundant breakfast. Good quality restaurant: excellent meat and fantastic halusky! We greatly appreciated the kindness, hospitality and professionalism of all the staff: on the evening of our arrival, we asked for dinner and although the kitchen was closed for rest, a plentiful cold dinner was provided, which was not included in the bill, despite our insistence. Thank you very much!!

Pleasant stay in Trenčin

A small penzion near to centrum. Room is quite good. All details are so clean. Staffs are pleasent. Price of hotel is quite good.
No charce for parking. Restautant are with charge and tasty. Breakfast is The thin point.

Near to Centrum

The Hotel is very average and suitable for only one or two nights and comfortable at only certain times of the year.
The Hotel Wi-Fi is very weak and virtually none existent in certain rooms, and during the summer in hot weather the rooms are very hot, most having no air-con, and therefore after opening the window very noisy as the train line is opposite the Hotel. So really only suitable if you do not need to work from the hotel or you visit during winter months. Only showers available in rooms an no bath tubs available.

Only Average

The room was roomy... Bathroom and toilets were good as well. Soap and shampoo supplied.
Breakfast was included as was free parking.
Bit out of the way... Have to walk along a dyke then over the bridge. 
All in all pretty good.


Nice place

20 minutes from the city center on foot. Modern facilities, but there is no air conditioner in the room. The breakfast is reasonable. The staff can speak English and helpful. The price/value ratio is OK.

Modern penzion

small hotel, quiet located, very kind staff, very clean, nice terace, good coffee and beer, dinner was tasty and sufficient portions.
when booking, I asked for one double and one twin bedded room. I got two twins. I asked for double pillows, I didn't get. Reception desk is at the bar. For all consummation at the bar, when you put in your room account, we didn't get any receipt to sign. Breakfast was solid but small selection of salami, cakes ... On Saturday breakfast is served from 8.00, and as we are early rissers, we can't drink coffe earlier. For parking in and out you have to get out of car and ring the bell to receptionist/bartender to open the gate. There is no sensor. A little bit hard to find a hotel, there is no guide mark.

simple and comfortable

Close to the city centre and the entrance to Trencin, clean but essential amenities, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff... breakfast is the only new... practically only salty.
