55 reviewsThe service is excellent, no problems there. They completed our every request, like packing us breakfast since we have to leave early. The rooms aren’t that modern, but it’s not that bad. Beds are comfortable for sleeping. We had a room with a view to the Tatras. Food is quite good, we were always satisfied with it. Not all staff speak english but there is a recepcionist guy who speaks perfectly and does whatever he can for the customers, and also helps his colleauges. Overall an absolute positive experience.
