Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel

We had the pleasure of spending last night at the Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. As an avid traveler, I have stayed at countless hotels around the world, but the level of service and dedication here is unparalleled. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's comfort and satisfaction. Originally, we planned to check out after breakfast since we were unsure what time we would return from our gorilla trekking adventure. However, the hotel graciously offered us the opportunity to come back, freshen up, and take a shower before heading to the airport—no matter what time we returned. To make our experience even more seamless, they also arranged for our lunch to be ready upon our return, ensuring we had a delicious meal before our departure. The generosity didn’t stop there. They provided us with hiking sticks and gaiters at no extra cost, making our trek much more comfortable. Upon returning from the hike, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff took our muddy hiking shoes and cleaned them for us—a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that exemplifies their commitment to hospitality. not to mention they packed bags of snacks for us as well for our trekking activity. If I ever return to Volcanoes National Park, there is no doubt in my mind that I will stay at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel again. From start to finish, they made our trip truly memorable.
