Good location on the outskirts of Baia Mare. It took me one hour to make the nice walk from the bus station to the guesthouse. The owner has travelled in Europe and speaks French and can assist you with arranging taxis etc. Her grandson speaks English fluently. Lovely, big rooms with lots of space. Good bed, good shower. WiFi is available (free). Breakfast was simple but good. The only downside is the noise of the neighbour's eight (!) dogs.
