This is perfectly fine and good value for the money. The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. Ultimately, considering the demand in this city, and the geo-position of this place, it is worth the money
