It's true that the reception is a bit messy, the street (in the center) isn't very quiet (there are double windows) and that when you've been out for several days (5 in our case) you're missing something (bathroom gel, towel change, garbage bags...) but it's worth it and the quality/price ratio is optimal.

Very original.

La rue Galeria Paris, 71 is a bar where checking is done only, I was given an apartment 5 km from the center that had nothing to do with the spectacular photos shown in the ad, we were in front of a field overlooking some chabolas and chicken shops, the cleaning was already much desired.

Disaster is disaster.

Superb duplex apartment, very well situated. According to the photos. Totally atypical, full of charm in the heart of Porto. Breakfast in the bar across the street (which is also worth the detour for its decoration and friendliness) is impeccable.

Atypical appearance

The apartment we rented is very nice and very functional except that it is in a very busy street in the evening and above bars that only close very late at night. In short, we did not sleep because we heard the music of the room, the young people drank and talked very loudly in the street until the morning. Then it was the turn of the servers to store and nius we heard the noise of broken chairs and glass. We had booked for 2 nights but we leave after the first night. The apartment facing the street has no sound.

Not to sleep in.

Apartment with a large sealed area. Located in the center of the night districts of Porto and in the street of bars. The owner/manager is super nice. What I liked much less: Windows do not insulate from the nightlife of the street (buzzy neighborhood). A single air conditioning block 3m from the ground, no other heating. The bathroom is not phonically isolated from the building's staircase cage. The wall separating them does not rise to the ceiling.

Atypical but not ideal for a family.

We booked using Booking.com where it was indicated, for this mini apartment, free Wi-Fi, flat screen television and air conditioner; well, all this is non-existent. Already since arrival we had trouble finding the place because, to have licks, you have to enter a cafe that does not carry any signs Nasoni guest Hotel; you have to imagine it. Apart from that, on the street and under the mini apartment, there are many bars that have all kept music very high until six in the morning to which you have to add the screams and the crap of people.

A nightmare

We spent 3 nights with a groupon, practically with the restaurant we only paid for 2 nights. Mythical!

It's a nice room with a seal, well decorated. For a night or two it's good but not more because the showers and toilets to share are dirty and stinking piss! clean rooms to review, torn sheets. Wifi indicated but not working. The staff is made up only of young people who in case of a problem are useless. Little deer in the form of a ticket to go to a side bar, right. Suitable for party students. The Bathrooms are REALLY DURTY!!!!

Guest house with charm, good geography, but dirty!

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights in this small and characteristic hostel taking advantage of a coupon. The rooms had been recently renovated: they were all themed, we touched on the one called The, romantic and shabby chic. I need to know that although it was a hostel, we had a room for two with a private bathroom corner. Super friendly staff and available 24/7, plenty of breakfast in the nearby bar/restaurant very characteristic (I recommend going to dinner too, they often do shows with typical music!). On the fourth floor there is also a kitchen and a common living room. Very comfortable position, near the Lello and Irmao Library and the Estacao S. Bento. Secondly, the building next door is allocated to the old one, so the main floor cannot be used.

Highly recommended

I spent 3 nights here in a mixed room from 4. The room is small but clean although a little dark. The bathroom in the room is very useful. The common areas are very beautiful and bright, with cake and hot drinks always available free of charge for guests. Located in the heart of the historic center, in a street full of very beautiful nightclubs. The bar where you lean for breakfast is fabulous, full of vintage items and surreal atmosphere. The breakfast consists of: toast, macedonia metro, butter, marmalade, orange juice, a pan and a hot drink of your choice. The staff is friendly and available 24 hours a day.
