This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's basically a housing estate, like a socialist era kamiennica, converted into apart hotel. It has old fashioned touches, like carpet everywhere, but hot showers and great water pressure, everything is clean, plenty onsite parking space. Just the beds, soft and fluffy, make for an iffy sleeping proposition. My preference goes to semi firm for a fitful sleep. But ok, all in all this place has awesome value for money for an Autostrada sleepover. Three of us, two apartments, 330 PLN including brekkies. Cool.

Fantastic

Good quality hotel, very clean and comfortable. Very helpful, polite, just lovely staff. Everything working as supposed to be. Garden is clean and well maintained. Location - could be better, but it is quiet. Trams and buses to city center. Parking is available. I would recommend this place .

Great value for the money

The hotel is located 40 minutes drive from the center in a quiet place. The hotel has its own parking lot, within easy reach of a couple of cafes and shops. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast is good, the choice is not big, but pleasant. It's quiet, the hotel has its own small territory. We were in this hotel for 2 nights, we liked it.

A good hotel on the outskirts of Poznań

I was glad to stay a night here :) the room was really big, clean and comfortable, people here are very pleasant... breakfast was basic, but fresh and tasty. The hotel is huddled in a housing estate, so I recommend to use your gps navigation to get there, sometimes it is not very easy to find the right way :D
Tram/bus station is just 3 minutes from here!

Simple but great!

Honestly, I had my doubts about booking something for around 42 euros. I already paid for a breakfast at the Ritz Carlton, Barcelona alone. But I turned to the reviews and now I'm here. The hotel is very clean and not smelly. The rooms are medium-sized and functionally furnished. You can argue about the day covers, but the laundry is top and the beds, well, almost Boxspring in simple but very convenient and unchecked. Anyone who has eaten one here should have already eaten.

Simple but affordable and clean

I have been recently in this hotel, and have appreciated it for the quite atmosphere, the big room, the availability of the parking.
I had to visit a few customers in the south part of Poznan, this was the perfect location for me.
Forget the luxury, but anyway you have big rooms, wifi working well, minibar, you have sound proof windows (insulated glass units), a clean bathroom, and a safe parking; the breakfast was at buffet, quantity and quality in line with the expectations of this 3 star hotel.
What was the luxury, the warm welcome of all the nice ladies: the first one checking me in, the second one during the overnight shift, the one in the morning at breakfast room, all had a beautiful and welcoming smile for me, and kind words, and believe me, a business travelers do appreciate it a lot.
So thank you very much to the staff of Feniks, which welcomes you very friendly and let you feel very confortable.

Honest deal

It's a simple hotel with no snacks. Breakfast is nice and chicken & co is prepared individually and freshly for each guest, depending on the order. The walls are sometimes a little thin, so you can hear the neighbors.

Super cheap & clean

It's a nice boarding house, it's not in the center, it's not on the outskirts of Poznań, it's a studio, it's a kitchen and a bar, and it's a good Swedish breakfast table.
