No matter how many times we called them, emailed them and text them, we could not get them to respond for our dates. They must be riding some high horse or their staff where communication with guests is below them. For me, hotels that do not respond after multiple attempts, illustrate the kind of service they will provide once there. Look elsewhere.

Never a Follow Up.

If you read the reviews there are only 20 of them when Lee butique has over 343 when booking look for the number of guests comments the royal taal inn is unbelievable we checked out of royal taal inn.

On arrival we saw the steep path down to the room was so dangerous no hand rail it must be 85 degree slope I kid u not when was saw our room our faces dropped so dirty bed mattress so thin must have had a leak in the ceiling as gurnature was broken with rot.

We noticed bugs on the floors and bathroom filthy dirty price was very expensive for a room that looked like a hostle we checked out and went to Lee boutique hotel what an amazing place and it was actually cheaper than royal taal inn.



The worst hotel ever

Your worst nightmare will come true if you book this place words cannot say how bad it is filthy over priced dump with tatty furniture and stinking of damp 

I see they got some good comments on the site well it must be from friends believe me I have never stayed in such a dump well it was that bad we just paid the 30 pounds not to stay there squats are cleaner than this place they got no pride trying to rent out as guest house I wouldn't want to put my dog in the place .

Terrible place best avoid

Filthy dirty bug infested rotted furniture,damp with mold on the ceilings wash hand basen plug hole rusted . We didn't stay there we just paid 1,500 penality not to stay horrible hotel booking .com has it down as four stars others 3 and 2 trust me it don't have one star. I was totally shocked when we saw it. It should be demolished and the rates charged do not reflect the place we stayed in Lee boutique's hotel along the street for the same rate . I think the comments placed as good for this hotel are taking the piss .
