Our stay was good! They made sure we were provided with everything we needed. They even offered us a cheap van for hire so we could tour around the city. The manager also accompanied us during the tour.

I wasnt exepecting much on the inn but the place was good and clean. Our guide from the inn was very cool and very helpful, especially with our itenerary. Our expectations were exceeded. One comment on the free breakfast, I think it would be much better if you guys will serve it when the guests are already on the table coz the area was open...

Fine, elegant good customer service

We had a good stay in this hostel.

Tojo inn is very cheap and so I wasn’t expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised by clean rooms, relatively clean bathrooms, good air con and most importantly, kind and welcoming staff. 

The food here is not great, but as I said, it’s clean and at least won’t give you food poisoning! Breakfast is especially limited (sort of a get what you’re given situation) but it’s included in the cheap price so I can’t complain.

The rooms are very basic (a rather thin mattress, mini fridge and television) and our shower did not stop running no matter how hard we tried to turn it off. I did inform the reception desk about it because I hate needlessly wasting water like that.

The location was good for us because we were getting a van transfer to El Nido from San Jose New Market. It is pretty far from Puerto Princesa City, but it’s not too expensive to hail a trike and catch a lift.

Average, low cost accommodation which is decent for a stop-over but not for a long stay!

Decent stop-off 

We had a three night stay during our time on Palawan.
Tojo is conveniently located and the staff are friendly and accommodating. 
Rooms are basic but clean. Airconditioned.
Good breakfast. Wifi in reception.
