Sarrosa International Hotel and Residential Suites

I booked on this hotel because I am curious. Although, I normally stayed in Seda Bloc whenever I visited Cebu. At first, I read all the reviews. It's kinda just balance with positive and negative so, my curiosity striked and I choose to book here. By the way, I got a cheaper rate because they offer a promo during my inquiry. I was quite happy. I stayed in their Grand Deluxe Room in the North Wing. Wow, I can't believe that the room is so spacious as well as the bathroom. I love it and I was kind of happy that it exceeded my expectations and for the value of money. However, there was one notable item inside the room that caught my eagle-eye, it was the cushioned chair that needs replacement due to overused and dirt. I still want to rate them as excellent. Just a reminder to the management. Please do refurbish your chair in your guest rooms especially in the North Wing. I still want to visit you next year if price still attractive. Your staff at the Front Desk were very detailed. It's like the whole process is memorized. They really have to discussed with you the hotel policy. I just imagined if they have check-ins of more than 10 to 20 rooms. I truly appreciate their effort. I like the lady who handled the check in for me. It seems she's the most matured one. I didn't get her name though.
