The Villa was Super Great... This vacation was being home with the one i love without being home..... All amenities/decor was solidly built and created to give a ease of mind vacation.

The grounds/landscape was beautiful and well maintained.

It's only a short taxi ride to dauin or a nice walk.... 

We purchased our supplies to stay and never leave until the end of our time.

Marc the Owner is a very well spoken happy outgoing personality.....

If you want the peace and the beauty of your own personal home I recommend this very highly......

This place is one of the best places i ever stayed in the last 3 years, and i travel a lot.
The villa we stayed in is huge and consists of a bedroom and a living room. Each of the rooms has a beautiful trees and green glades view, and you could also sea some of the ocean. The were huge too and had lots of comfortable sitting places.
It felt very private and isolated there, like you were the only people in the world, and that was very special.
The villa has all the necessary facilities starting from a toaster and a coffee machine and finishing with a cooking stove. The owner, Marc, offered us going to a supermarket to buy some food before checking in the villa, which was very useful. 
There is also some restaurant in some resort 5 minutes away if you prefer eating out. The nearest scuba diving centre is about 5-7 minutes drive away.
So that's a perfect place for relaxation, seeing some beautiful views and getting away from the hectic world.

1. Kitchen is comfortable  - cooler with big can of drinking water, gas cooker, microwave, coffee-maker, big fridge, toster, cooking hood, stove etc. - everything in good condition.
2. Bathtub is big and comfortable enough, bathroom is quite spacious, two basins
3. Sleeping room quite spacious
4. Main room is very spacious, very bright because of many big windows.
5. Pleasant veranda with 2 chairs and coffee-table
6. Big table with stools inside main room - very comfortable
7. One more table with chair inside sleeping room. It's extremely comfortable if both of you sometimes want to make some job on your laptop in quite atmosphere.
8. Many ceiling lamps, so in night time you can make bright atmosphere inside villa.
9. Beach just 50 meters away. It's empty - just you and the sea. Shallow. Pebble. Beautiful.
10. It's very quiet place. If you want to feel yourself like in Mars but in comfort - that place is for you:)
11. Meadow around villas, covered with nice grass. Nice palms. Picturesque. Gardeners keep the park in a good condition. 
12. When you take motobike-taxi from Dumaguete to Villa, explain them that it's 19-th kilometer - it would make easy to find it. Normal price is about 350 peso from Dumaguete to Villa.
13. Mobile connection is good here.
14. Because there is no restaurants in the close vicinity, I recommend you to visit Robinson's in Dumaguete before check-in and buy there enough supply of everything. Although, in 5 minutes from villa along you can find overpriced restaurant "Atmosphere"
15. The owner of Villa - Mark - caucasian man, very friendly, very helpful and represents, beyond any doubts, a specimen of responsible, clever and hospitable hoster. 
16. Every room has powerful air-con, which reaaly make the air cold. And there is a fan additionally.
17. Two comfortable sofa and coffee-table inside main room. TV.
18. Power 24/7. Sockets are everywhere - it's very comfortable.
19. Enough big wardrobes.
20. I recommend Mark to buy scales (for those who has interest about body-weight) and maybe some dumbbell. And  small gym on the territory will be fantastic - with glass walls and treadmill, ellipse, boxing bag etc inside. 
21. Door between the rooms is solid and enough sound-proof - it's good.
22. There is separate door from outside to sleeping room - it's comfortable. Main room has two doors - maybe too much, but not disturbing anyway:)

Of course, there are some disadvantages, and I make a mention of them just to make the review honest and comprehensive and to help Mark to fit it.

1. There is no electric kettle. Of course, cooler make hot water, but a) it's not enough hot and b) it make noise in night time. Eventually we just used gas cooker for boiling water.
2. Main problem - poor internet. I suppose that it's just not possible to improve it because of provider, but anyway you should be aware - if you need just sometimes check your mail of FB - that's ok, but if you need to download or upload photo or another material... it hardly could be done. For example, it takes for me 2 days to upload a file of just 8 mb... So be informed about this problem.
3. It would be nice to have a big mirror in main room (or in both rooms) - it would be comfortable and, moreover, make room more bright and visually big.
4. Hot water is not enough hot if you like really hot water in bathtub (like me).

Overall - that's a great villa and great host! I would for sure recommend it to my friends. Thank you for your kindness and wellcoming, Mark:)
