The staff are friendly. 
Complimentary breakfast is good enough
The room is like you’re in a hotel, looks like newly renovated
New (upgraded)and clean indoor jacuzzi/ mini pool
Good enough for 2 -3 people (needed extra bed)
Great for people who wants privacy, kids spent most of the time enjoying the mini pool/jacuzzi inside our room. 

The suites was good but the last room that they gave to us was a double bed and not a big queen size bed I'm very upset

I love the Jacuzzi inside the room. It's good for couple who wants to enjoy their moment with privacy

Nice place to stay, clean and staff was great. Pool are great and its all sitting back just enough from the road you could miss it.

Nice hotel w/ Jacuzzi

Stayed here for 1 night for our family vacation. We weren't happy with their customer service. We asked them for toothbrush and told us they do can't provide it for free and we have to pay for it. The receptionist seems like she don't know anythinf about their hotel. However, I commened the waiter in their cafe. He's really welcoming and friendly. 

Very poor customer service. Some furnitures needs refurbishing.

Pros: good if you're mainly here for the hot springs. There are many pools with varied temperatures, so you get to choose which one is just right for you

Cons: thin blankets, no bidet, breakfast takes too long to be served, front desk service was not fast enough, WiFi doesn't not reach the room, TV had no cable channels


Decent but not stress-free

Stayed in the honeymoon suite. 

Cons: Ceiling, bathroom fixtures, some furniture needed refurbishing. Thin beddings. Water takes  long to heat up. No elevator.

Pros: Breakfast was filling. Floor to ceiling glass windows was nice. Staff were ok.



Just ok. 

This place is good but the front desk is just a NIGHTMARE!!! We were a group of four people. we reserved the suite with a room in it and asked if an extra bed is available and they said yes. When we arrived we talked and talked and had a viewing of the available rooms for us. we still went for the suite with a pool/jacuzzi inside, asked again about the extra bed and the size. when we went back to the front desk and ready to pay they told us an extra bed is no not available, giving excuses like the key is not with them, an employee for that service already went home blah blah blah. Basically, I really had to shout and scream and told them that you assured us of an extra bed availability and now you're telling me its no longer available. so to cut it short i need to be angry first before doing their effin jobs. DO NOT STAY HERE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

bad bad bad service

Booked the resort for a Mother's Day present, family at the Phils. They told us, there is no security camera nor security guard at the facility. There car was vandalized and the resort doesn't want to take responsibility for it!

the room with bad smell with very old furniture, no hot water for shower, only 2 bath towels, one small soup , one small shampoo in toilet. no drinking water bottles provided as any normal hotel. not worthy to pay us$76 per night.
