Pros - Location, price, clean.
Cons - Couple of ants in our room, common toilets.

Overall - Good location and a clean dormitel if you're planning to have a short stay in Bacolod, especially for backpackers.

Good Value

I really don't expect  a red carpeted welcome for my stay in this place. The price is just right for an overnight or passing by pad. As long as it is clean, which in my case it was during my stay. Good Staff , i'm sure will perk up this place. I just hope that the toilet would always be clean for future travelers.

Just Right for Overnight

We stayed for 2 nights just passing by to another place, we made our reservation through Agoda because the price was good. When we arrived there we realised it wasn't what we expected. First of all was hard to find, it's a small and dark entrance. We had a standard room, it was clean and we had space but not a single window, even in the building, so there's no light and the air is a little bit dense. The worst part were the rest room: there were 6 separate toilets (3 for ladies 3 for man) but there wasn't one that had all the things working properly: no flush, no shower or not wathever. They were really dirty, the walls were yellow at best and there was a dish full of flooded food and water for a full day in the sink... 
Management was good, but despite the signs of silence everywhere, they were the first ones to make a lot of noise with the tv at full volume.
However, the location is really good if you want to spend some time in the city. 
Be aware if you stay there that the pictures in Agoda are not matching the place, it's from somewhere else.

Good location but not really clean...

My refund dispute on Agoda is on process. This hotel is not even a hotel! Don't be deceived by photos! It's 100% different  in reality!!!
The place is dirty and without a reservation personnel. We arrived in Bacolod 8am and upon arriving, we tried contacting the hotel but nobody is answering! Nobody knew where it was. We searched the Lacson-Rizal Streets for 30 mins before finding this filthy place. No lighting on the stairs, ut was dirty and the entrance is on the 3rd floor. We only saw the cleaner around. We asked for the bookong officer and she was not there. The janitor ven tried calling the person in charge more than 4x to ask about reservation. After an hour, we've had enough! We left the hotel and I contacted Agoda immediately for a refund. Such a waste of time, effort and money. Bathroom is just one for the whole place! Can you believe that?!
