What could have been a total terrible, turned out to be ok in the end. Arrived at Centauro hotel on Saturday night at approximately 7:00 pm to find that my confirmed reservation for two nights (non refundable and fully paid for) was not available. They said that they were fully booked and had no more rooms available. Centauro wasted no time calling around and finding me comparable accommodations at no additional charge. They even paid for the trike ride to the new hotel. Five stars for service.
