Edith & Stan (the man) are lovely hosts. We stayed here for 3 nights during our 2 week trip to Peru. We had a matrimonial basic room with private bath on the road side (303) which was a bit noisy. If I could stay again I’d ask for a riverside room. Breakfast was delicious, coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread and eggs. They even packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early for our train to Machu Picchu. We felt immediately welcome and at home at this hotel. It’s really nice to be a 5-10 min walk away from the hustle & bustle of the town square. I definitely recommend this place to those wanting comfortable (beds were super comfy and great hot showers!) and quiet lodging. Not a party hotel. Good for families & couples.
